Information, not a contract. The content here describes how roofing work is approached and what Florida's rules require. It is general information. Nothing on this site is a binding estimate, and no price is stated anywhere on it, because a roof cannot be scoped without being inspected.

Scope and pricing. Work is scoped after the roof has been inspected, and the scope is confirmed in writing before anything starts. What a scope contains, what it excludes and what it costs are set out in that document, not on this website.

Coverage. We work across Florida from our office at 4720 Millenia Blvd, Suite 175, Orlando, FL 32839. We do not operate branch offices, depots or staff in other cities or states, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise. Whether a particular job can be scheduled depends on location, access and timing.

Permits and code. Roofing work in Florida is permitted by the local building department under the Florida Building Code, and requirements differ between jurisdictions, including within the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone in Miami-Dade and Broward. Information on this site about permits is general and should be confirmed with the office that covers your address.

Photographs and records. Images on this site are illustrative of roofing work and conditions. Photographs taken during an inspection of your property are provided to you as a record of what was found.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Florida Roof Repair Pros is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, or from interruptions to the site's availability.

Changes. These terms may be updated. The version published here is the current one.
